Ulrich Hotze, born 29.09.1962, is a lawyer and entrepreneur. He is the founder and management partner of ameleo and has worked as a lawyer in the field of international business, corporate and insolvency law for over twenty-eight years.

In addition to his own entrepreneurial activity in the areas of digitization and environmental technologies, he is appointed in demanding cases as an interim manager or member of a control body and can look back on over eighteen years of management experience in German and multinational corporations.

In addition to taking care of the operational business of active companies or their restructuring and reorganization he took over leading management functions in various subsidiaries as part of the processing of multi-level group structures. This activity was also carried out in multinational insolvency proceedings on behalf of the insolvency administrators. The position of a managing director or liquidator was taken over several times in German or international companies in Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and USA.

Finally, he was appointed as special insolvency administrator by German insolvency courts in various corporate insolvencies and as “Scheme Administrator” by the High Court in Hong Kong.
