Mario Kaufmann holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and is a certified Management Accountant (CMA). After his studies, he gained practical experience at an international auditing firm before becoming an independent entrepreneur. He has profound knowledge in auditing and banking, in structuring, valuation and steering of business models, as well as in starting, building and managing companies. He was a co-founder and the CFO of a start-up company in the field of digitalisation. In addition, he pushed his own entrepreneurial activities in the areas of digitalisation, environmental technologies and in the advisory business. As founder and CEO of ameleo Suisse, he advises his clients within the internationally operating ameleo Group with the following focus:
